1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of the Gifticker website and app, provided by Gifticker, tax ID 47907182E, address Passeig dels Arbres 26 bis, 1r 2a, Corbera de Llobregat (Barcelona), contact gifticker@gmail.com.

By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe.
• You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
• You are responsible for the activity carried out with your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add (wishlists, names, photos, events). You grant Gifticker a limited licence to store and show it to the people you choose in order to run the service.

You declare that you have the rights to the content you upload.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive or deceptive purposes.
• Do not impersonate others or upload content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the service.

5. Gifts and payments between users

Gifticker helps users organise gifts and keep track of contributions. Gifticker is not a party to the purchases or payments between users and is not responsible for them.

6. Blocking and account deletion

You may stop using Gifticker and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for interruptions beyond our control. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

8. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. If the changes are material we will notify you. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Corbera de Llobregat will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights under mandatory law.
